For the Montréal en Lumière festival, HENI welcomed chef and owner Ryan Fakih of Beity, an acclaimed Lebanese restaurant in Fulton Market, Chicago. Ryan was no stranger to HENI’s experimental ways; he, too, spends his days exploring heritage, toying with childhood memories surrounding food, and riffing off of ancestral recipes. Throughout the multi-day collaboration, nomadic Lebanese winemaker Rami El-Sabban fittingly débuted exclusive cuvées that brought native grape varieties of his motherland to the fore.
